Within two days of reaching Kuwait I started to hear about KKMA at first i failed to understand what is this KKMA?. Every one who enters our room talk about KKMA I didn't dare to ask any one as I am strange to my roommates and to Kuwait also.
Within two days of reaching Kuwait I started to hear about KKMA at first i failed to understand what is this KKMA?. Every one who enters our room talk about KKMA I didn't dare to ask any one as I am strange to my roommates and to Kuwait also.
One day when I tried to close the door of our room I found a
calendar behind the door there I found KKMA means Kuwait Kerala Muslim
Association as soon as I found word Kerala I started to hate KKMA as I built
too much jealousy on Kerala a small state growing very rapidly in all the
fields.
I thought there may be similar association of Karnataka I
will join such association and try to compete with KKMA I failed to get
information about any other groups or association similar to KKMA my hate
towards KKMA started to grow when my roommates makes fun of KKMA schemes I used
laugh but I found one man Jabbar Gurupura who used to visit our room every Thursday
much interested about KKMA I found him trying to convey the good things about
KKMA and then he become source to me to collect information about KKMA my
feelings towards KKMA started to change I thought I have to become member of
this group but I was on visit visa and it ends I returned back India.
On my second visit to Kuwait I started to live with my
cousin Ashraf in Salmiya after that we shifted our room to Hawalli I had been
forced to take part in KKMA DK wing monthly meetings at Ayyub bahi’s Room there
I realized It may be because of my lack of knowledge or excessive jealousy on
Kerala I forgot a word in Kuwait Kerala Muslim Association which indicates universal
brotherhood yes the word Muslim which indicates universal brotherhood I found
that brotherhood in members of KKMA and then Al Hamdulillah I become member of
KKMA
I enjoyed each and every meeting of KKMA DK wing I learned
lot specially my interest towards Shayari’s took birth over there and in that
meetings I used meet many stars of KKMA DK wing, they are stars not
those which twinkle in the night but one which gives light in day and there I found
my role model of life Bhaseer Bahi.
One Friday I went with KKMA DK wing members to a KKMA
function celebrating “Getting back of KKMA auditorium” there I met many KKMA
central leaders and I realized KKMA is a sea and DK wing is just a river.
On the day of DK wing annual meeting I came to know
achievements in many programs of KKMA specially FAMILY BENEFIT SCHEME (FBS),
MEMBERS WELFARE SCHEME, RELIEF CELL, STUDENT ADOPTION, KIDNEY CENTER PROJECT,
KKMA INVESTMENT CLUB, DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, SOCIAL EVENTS and MODEL NRI etc
made me to feel proud member of KKMA.
Unfortunately I left KKMA as I returned back to India but Al
hamdulillah I become part of the Kidney dialysis center inauguration function
at Highland hospital Mangalore since then I am eager to return back to Kuwait
and join KKMA once again.
When you see from outside KKMA is just a beautiful Human
pyramid but when you see it from inside you can come to know member of KKMA
willingly broadened his solders to take burden of another member and give a beautiful
and helpful pyramid to the society Ya Allah make this pyramid much stronger and
expand its height till it reaches Jannathul Firdous.
When it is about KKMA I just remember my own quote “What I
can’t do can be done by we” as they achieved many things by team work their
theme is ‘Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”
Kuwait Kerala Muslim Association is not just
a combination of words but it’s a world where many stars live who gives light
to the society …. I feel sad as I failed to contribute anything to KKMA I am
writing this as I believe in my own quote “A risen Voice or a written word is
